* Smart-shore™ is a delivery model where we deploy our business, IT and other resources in the most efficient and cost effective ways. An intelligent deployment of resources results in better client satisfaction and RoI.
A real life example could perhaps help understand our Smart-shore™ delivery model better. We once found ourselves in a situation where one of our prospective customers did not want to lose the control of what we were about to do for them. However, they did not have the bandwidth to accommodate our consulting team in their existing infrastructure in Glasgow, Scotland.
A proposal with our Smart-shore™ delivery model worked perfectly well in the given situation. We suggested using a serviced office at a walking distance from the client's office as the main delivery centre. The key delivery team was stationed in this project-specific delivery centre. Our teams in Reading, UK (our HQ) and at the offshore facilities became an excellent backbone for the main delivery team.
In the end, the client got best of both the worlds. An easy access to the delivery team without any infrastructure overheads! All that at significantly low prices without any compromises on the quality!!
