To maintain the highest quality of people, we carefully handpick each of our employees/associates and make them cross the highest possible entry barriers before putting them to the job for our valued customers. Hence:

• All our employees come from the premier educational institutes in their areas of expertise and geographies (In fact this becomes one of many qualifying criteria for anybody to be considered for an employment with The Ace Global Services.)
• They must have had distinguished prior careers in their areas of expertise and geographies.
• They must pass through a round of stringent quality selection procedures before joining us. Some of the qualities we scrutinise our people for are:
